Vantage Point is an action packed thriller, available on DVD, with an impressive cast of characters. Major roles are played by Dennis Quaid, Forest Whitaker, William Hurt, Matthew Fox, and Edgar Ramirez. A minor role is played by Sigourney Weaver. I am not sure of the movie's rating. Although the movie has received some mediocre ratings for tricky plot points, I thought that it was fantastic. I was on the edge of my seat and twitching with anticipation.
The story line is a who dunnit presidential assassination that takes place in Spain. I give this movie a thumbs up!
Group Effort
I hope everyone is having a wonderful summer. It is definitely my favorite time of year. I crave the sound and smell of the ocean and the sunlight is an added bonus. My goal for starting Group Effort is for us to comfortably enjoy the opportunity to network and share information or ask for guidance and leads while learning to be at ease with blogging. Super Low Cal Dessert
Have a recipe to share? Who is not on a diet or, at least, trying to eat somewhat carefully!?
Here is a sweet recipe for a low cal dessert:
Basic ingredients are caramel rice cakes (bite size or large) and fat free cool whip.
Spread cool whip on the rice cake. Place another rice cake on top forming a cool whip sandwich. Freeze. That's it!!
Variations:
Add a thin layer of Smart Balance peanut butter (crunchy is so good) before spreading the cool whip.
Add some sliced fresh fruit.
Dip in melted white or dark chocolate or drizzle on top.
Add sprinkles.
Serve open faced.....Be creative!!!!
